We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information unless you provide it to us in connection with the Services and we need it for a stated, limited purpose (e.g., accessibility accommodations).
2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including customer support and warranty/service history.
- Schedule estimates, installations, repairs, and maintenance; dispatch technicians; and communicate about your appointments.
- Process payments and send invoices or receipts.
- Send transactional messages (e.g., appointment confirmations, service updates, safety notices).

3) SMS/MMS Text Messaging Program
We offer one or more text messaging programs, including transactional alerts (e.g., appointment reminders, technician en route) and optional promotional updates.
Opt-in Methods:
You may opt in by (i) submitting a web form that clearly discloses SMS consent, (ii) texting a keyword we advertise to a designated number, (iii) checking a consent box during checkout or scheduling, or (iv) providing verbal consent to our team (we record consent internally). By opting in, you authorize us to send you automated texts using an autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies by program and your interactions (typically 1–8 messages/month for promos; transactional messages as needed for scheduled services).
Cost & Carriers:
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help / Stop Commands:
- Text HELP for help.
- Text STOP to cancel.
After you text STOP, you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out. To re-join, opt in again using any method above.
Supported Content:
Appointment reminders, service updates, estimates, promotions (with consent), and customer support.
Eligibility/Age:
You must be the account holder or have permission to enroll the mobile number. The program is intended for U.S. residents aged 18+ (or 13+ with parental/guardian consent for non-marketing notices).
Data Use for SMS:
We use your mobile number and messaging metadata solely to administer the program, deliver messages, manage opt-ins/opt-outs, and comply with carrier and legal requirements. See Sections 1, 2, 4 and 7 for details on sharing, security, and retention.

We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies for site security, load balancing, and core functions.
- Analytics cookies (e.g., to understand site usage and improve Services).
